The Jane Fund of Central Massachusetts helps women who cannot afford abortion services, who don’t have insurance, or whose insurance will not pay for an abortion.

It is important for you to seek medical attention as early as possible if you are pregnant, whether you want to carry the pregnancy to term or have an abortion. Please, don't let a lack of money stop you from getting the health care you need and deserve.
